Penny drives impact for PRF grant delivery. She takes a strategic view across the portfolio of grants to support our teams and partners deliver outcomes.
Penny worked for over 20 years with the NSW government, leading teams to deliver transformational reforms in social housing, energy, biodiversity, and water management. She also led the Cabinet strategy team for the planning and environment portfolio of government.
Penny is a dedicated social justice advocate. She has worked and volunteered in the not-for-profit space throughout her adult life with a particular focus supporting refugees and disadvantaged youth.
Penny began her career working with one of Australia’s largest engineering companies. She has worked internationally across Asia and Africa.
Penny holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering, a Master of Public Policy, and has undertaken university study in social welfare.
In her free time Penny enjoys learning about different cultures by visiting far-flung places on adventure holidays but also loves to relax by reading a good book on her local beach.
