Kate supports the Foundation to develop and support impactful grants in collaboration with our partners. She works across the Foundation’s priority impact areas and cross-cutting initiatives, with a focus on supporting Thriving Children.
Before joining the Foundation, Kate worked in public policy roles in consulting, government and at a not-for-profit. She has expertise in education and training policy, having worked as a Policy Fellow at an education policy think tank, and has experience across employment, youth mental health, housing and homelessness policy.
Kate holds a Master of International Relations and Bachelors of Arts and Commerce. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as consuming chips, sitcoms, political podcasts and live music.
