Jess is a Partnership Associate at Paul Ramsay Foundation, supporting partnership development and management in the Foundation’s Employment impact area.
Jess joined the Foundation from the not-for-profit sector, where for the last ten years she has led project and program management in youth employment, children and families from refugee background, disability, and public health. Jess holds a Graduate Certificate in Community and International Development from Deakin University as well as a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the University of Sydney.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys time spent with family and friends, swimming, reading, and going to the cinema.
