Dominique is a passionate advocate for social justice, committed to addressing the root causes of inequality and disadvantage. With more than 20 years of experience in the for-purpose sector, she has held a range of senior roles in non-profit organisations, specialising in community-led development, inclusion, and youth justice.
Her career has been dedicated to working alongside First Nations and refugee communities in Australia, and internationally with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Geneva and with asylum seekers in Papua New Guinea.
Dominique holds an MBA, a degree in Psychology and Sociology, and a Master’s in Social Development.
On the weekend, Dominique loves relaxing at the beach with her family and dog, supporting her boys at soccer games, discovering new gigs and galleries, and diving into political podcasts.
