Charlotte is a Partnership Associate within the Alliances Team, where she works collaboratively with partners to help build a future where people and places have what they need to thrive. Born in Melbourne and raised in the Bordeaux region of France, she returned to Australia six years ago after completing a master’s in biotechnology.
Before joining PRF, Charlotte was an Innovation Portfolio Analyst with CSIRO’s Missions Program, where she supported teams of researchers to deliver national-scale solutions to complex societal challenges—such as climate change, plastic pollution, and food security—using a systems-thinking approach.
Driven by her passion for environmental conservation and social justice, Charlotte also served for three years as the Sydney Coordinator for the non-profit marine conservation organisation Sea Shepherd Australia. This experience deepened her understanding of the critical role community-led initiatives play within broader systems, reinforcing the importance of involving people with lived experience in creating sustainable effective solutions.
Outside of work, she feels most at home in nature—whether camping in the Blue Mountains, road-tripping along the coast in her van, or harvesting fresh produce at her local community garden. She also proudly embraces her status as a cheese addict.
