Who are we?

What are we doing?

Weave Youth & Community Services - Kool Kids and Creating Futures

The Weave Kool Kids early intervention program supports 140 at risk children aged 7-18 years in La Perouse and Redfern, providing intensive wrap-around support for children and their families. Creating Futures supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children aged 10-30 involved in, or a risk of becoming involved in, the criminal justice system.
