We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Walker to the board.
Natalie brings a depth of experience as a successful business and social entrepreneur. She is a passionate social policy advocate who in addition to founding CEO roles at Supply Nation and Inside Policy, has held a wide range of board and senior level advisory roles.
Her values are deeply aligned to the work of the Paul Ramsay Foundation as reflected in a career where she has made a real difference in human rights, indigenous employment, education and training and entrepreneurship. Notably early in her career she was an Adviser at the Human Rights Commission and her career spans stints at KPMG, founding CEO of Supply Nation (supporting indigenous enterprise through procurement policies) and founder of Inside Policy which is a social and economic policy advisory firm tackling policy reform in complex areas such as family violence and children’s services. She is well known in the business, social purpose and government networks that her career has spanned and is a trusted and respected voice for social justice.
Her current roles include Managing Director, Inside Policy; Deputy Chair, Goodstart Early Learning; Director, Telstra Foundation; and Director, Life Without Barriers. A proud Kuku Yalanji woman from the Daintree Rainforest, Natalie grew up in Queensland and attended Mossman State High School in Far North Queensland before completing degrees in Law from QUT and Psychology from the University of Queensland.
